Degeneration/Regeneration: A study of change over time and its application to design
Pratt Graduate Communication Design thesis designed to be cyclical. The degeneration side contained research
about linear time and was designed using the concept of entropy. The regeneration side contained experimental project
ideas, designed using the concept of rebirth. The featured project was an advertising campaign for eco-friendly vehicles.
The campaign used posters designed to peal, over time revealing a new message - the idea of a cleaner world.
